– By booking a Namox electric three-wheeler passenger auto on our website, you agree to pay a booking fee of Rs. 9999 in advance.

– This booking fee reserves your auto and ensures its delivery within 6 months from the date of booking.

2. Cancellation:

– You have the right to cancel your booking at any time before further processing begins.

– If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team with your booking details.

– Upon cancellation, the booking fee of Rs. 9999 is fully refundable to the original payment method used for booking.

3. Warranty:

– Our electric three-wheeler passenger auto comes with a 1-year warranty on major parts and a 3-year warranty on the battery.

– The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

– Warranty claims will be evaluated and serviced according to our warranty terms and conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability:

– Namox EV Motors Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of our website or services.

5. Governing Law:

– These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
