– This booking fee reserves your auto and ensures its delivery within 6 months from the date of booking.

Cancellation:

– You have the right to cancel your booking at any time before further processing begins.

– If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team with your booking details.

– Upon cancellation, the booking fee of Rs. 9999 is fully refundable to the original payment method used for booking.

Refund:

– If you cancel your booking before further processing begins, the booking fee of Rs. 9999 is refundable.

– Refunds will be processed promptly within 15 days to the original payment method used for booking.

– Once the vehicle delivery process has commenced, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.

Warranty:

– Our electric three-wheeler passenger auto comes with a 1-year warranty on major parts and a 3-year warranty on the battery.

– The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

– Warranty claims will be evaluated and serviced according to our warranty terms and conditions.
